Reports & sharing

Create a clear snapshot of AI visibility for your team, clients, and stakeholders.

Share a defined period of performance

Reports capture an AI visibility snapshot for a selected period. Use a daily view for a short operational check, a weekly view for movement, or a monthly view for a broader stakeholder conversation. Add interpretation alongside the numbers so readers understand what happened and what you plan to do next.

Prepare a report people can use

  1. 1

    Confirm the project and period

Make sure the active workspace is correct, then choose the available reporting period and check the resulting date range.

  2. 2

    Review the snapshot

Check coverage, tracked responses, competitor context, and any missing data before presenting a conclusion.

  3. 3

    Share deliberately

Use the generated report link when appropriate. Check the report yourself and confirm the intended audience before distributing it.

Understand sharing and coverage

  • A public share link can be viewed by anyone who has it. Do not include information you are not authorized to share.
  • A snapshot describes its recorded period; it is not a live promise about current visibility.
  • Available report options depend on the product configuration. Do not assume every account supports every file format or branding option.

Present or save a reviewed copy

Open the report deck to present it in fullscreen. The PDF action opens your browser’s print dialog, where supported browsers can save a PDF. Review page layout and the selected destination before saving or printing. This is a browser print workflow, not a separate downloadable analytics dataset.

A little guidance goes a long way.
